ABS 2018 CAMPAIGN HIGHLIGHTS

Here are some special pieces that I created and produced for the
2018 America’s Beauty Show.

ABS 2018 LED SCREEN GATEWAY

ABS wanted an LED screen that our attendees could use as an Instagram activation site but also showcase information about us as a family of associations producing ABS. Oh yes, and it needed to be flashy and fun to stir up the excitement by welcoming you, as you enter the show floor.

This was a triumph! It looked beautiful and was a jaw-dropper when you came upon it. I received a grid formation to work with and from there I reached out for work from Exhibitors so they could be up there and of course, I made many for our Associations, ABS 2018 and IECSC Chicago (the co-located skincare show partner of ours). I animated it in Keynote and had to provide a Keynote file. It worked beautifully.

It was updated every day with new additional artwork and took away past events to keep it fresh.

 

ABS 2018 “YOU ARE HERE” Map BACK Lit SIGNS

In 2018, we wanted to move away from the old “You Are Here” Kiosk we had used in the past and updated it with a color-blocked map and navigation onsite at the show. I took the map that McCormick Place had and recreated it just for the weekend of ABS 2018 including the branding look and colors.

In the listings below the map, it showed where all the workshops, registration desks, show floor access for both ABS and our co-located show IECSC Chicago (Skin Care). It had to speak for both shows co-located together.

The framework design was created by FREEMAN CO. and was backlit. I created the map design. We placed three of these signs in specific, high-traffic areas where people needed more direction.

ABS to create a new campaign of signage and email blasts that showcased a select group of Exhibitors at ABS 2018 (We did this again in 2019 as well). It brought the show floor out to the attendees and got them in the mood to shop at the show. With the booth numbers listed attendees could go directly to that exhibitors booth. The emails blasts were sent out in groupings of three products pre-show, during the show and after the show in which they showcased deals or any new products to be seen at the show and their booth number.

For each Spotlight, we had a meter board in the Grand Concourse of the show and one on the show floor at the exhibitors booth.

ABS 2018 AISLE BANNERS

Every year we had to make new designs for the ABS aisle banners. I loved all the colors in our photography in 2018 and I wanted to use various models and change the colors of the banners, four designs maximum. It made the show floor a little more festive and exciting while using our brand.
